    The offsets wpc a thru j can only be used in a maz program.Do you have expanded offsets g54.1, s if not, your s.o.l. I... (g54 thru G59) and hit page down youll see g54.1 (alot of them)with 1 thru ??? (mine has like 6 pages of g54.1s )...

    What type of induction heater/tool hloder are you using?some of the heaters out there are to "strong" .They put to much... you can get the tool back out! DONT USE HIGH SPEED TOOLING !!! then you have a permanent built ever lasting tool:) ...

    I run a deckel mayho dmu-50....Sorry man but what a piece of @#&%. We have nothing but problems out of the tool... but the machine just isnt built heavy enough. Now the hermle parked right next to it is the best 5-axis ive ever ran....

    Just a suggestion but check the y axis resolver... it might be lose.Is it repeating the same amount everytime? if notit... that can come lose over time check them.I used to have this problem on a sunstrand omni-mill all the time.What a pain!...

    Well i hope this will help.... To slow down the tool changer (when loading the probe) I register the tool in the tool... the tool in the tool data as a "heavy" tool.This does slow the tool changer a little.may I ask what the problem is?...
