I started a machineshop about 2 years ago with a prototrak. Then I started adding more pieces of equipment. Now Im about to receive my new fadal!

  I think you would better off with the daewoo. They are a more solid machine than a haas. How ever, it would be nice to... than a haas. How ever, it would be nice to support the American economy. In my opinion, you get what you pay for....

  Your vector drive might be going out. I know baldor makes one for fadal machines, but im not sure how much they are. I... they are. I used to run a fadal at my old job and it did the same thing you were describing. It was a bad motor drive....

  Just remember, the work offsets are E1 thru E99 (mabe more). The machine is capable of doing some very nice work! How... you dont, call Flint Machine Tools in georga. Im sure Barry will be willing to help you. I just bought a new 4020.
